There is a 1 month induction period, where the teacher and student decide if the lessons are going to continue. Violorn Music School delivers lessons to regular students only, as we believe only regularly taught pupils can show the best progress in their learning and musical development.

Masterclasses are delivered on an individual basis with specialistic repertoire; Violorn Music School has to be notified 1 month prior in regards to the requested repertoire focus. Masterclasses are one off consultations only.

Violin hire includes instruments that were set up by professional luthiers* Sylvie and James Fawcett and include quality strings and bow hair. After each student hire, the violin is serviced by the luthier prior to future rentals. There is a limited number of violins available for hire.

* Luthier - is a craftsperson who builds or repairs string instruments that have a neck and a sound box.
